papular lesions in rosacea, characterized microscopically by perifollicular granulomas with central necrosis and scattered giant cells. Lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei is probably a form of granulomatous rosacea. SYN: rosacealike tuberculid, tuberculoid rosacea.
