MacMahon-Thannhauser syndrome (medical condition)

A liver disorder where chronic inflammation of the small portal bile ducts leads to blockage of the smallest ducts. As a result, fatty deposits develop in the skin, the liver and kidneys become enlarged and jaundice occurs. See also Hanot-MacMahon-Thannhauser syndrome
