Norman-Roberts syndrome

A lissencephaly syndrome characterized by smoothness of the surface of the brain (lissencephaly type I) with thickening of the cerebral cortex (pachygyria), absence of gyri and sulci (agyria), microcephaly, mental retardation, low sloping forehead, and prominent nasal bridge.
