Sakati-Nyhan syndrome

(sah´kah-te ni´han) a hereditary autosomal dominant disorder characterized by conical deformity of the head, extra fingers or toes, webbed fingers and toes , hypoplastic tibias, and deformed, displaced fibulas. Called also acrocephalopolysyndactyly, type III .
