Key responsibilities and duties;
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and document business requirements for new products and features
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and create a product roadmap Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, development teams, and other internal teams
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of features and products
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that products meet the needs of users and stakeholders
- Track and report on key product metrics, such as user adoption and revenue
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for new products and features
- May assist Help Desk and Training Team when requested
Qualifications/Skills/ Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies
