Chemwatch has become a global leader in providing chemicals management solutions, providing management software and training for the management of chemicals. The position Content Marketing Specialist
will be working in Ucorp Pty Ltd trading as Chemwatch and/or our subsidiary company, creating and managing content that is used to market Chemwatch's products or services, ensuring that the company's content strategy aligns with the brand's goals and target audience, developing blog posts, email campaigns, videos, webinars, and more to present information in an engaging and compelling manner to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to a website, etc.
The duties and responsibilities are as below:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop presentations, proposals, marketing materials and flyers that align with our brand and messaging.
- Create short videos, such as webinars, to present information in an engaging and compelling manner.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of targeted email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to support the sales team’s outreach efforts.
- Assist with other marketing activities, such as writing blog articles and ensuring they’re SEO optimised and producing social media content.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are on brand, on time, and on budget.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as design and content, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Monitor latest writing trends to ensure optimal content is being published across all company platforms.
- Review and rewrite existing content to enhance transparency and precision in blogs, social posts, promotional content, company proposals, EDMs etc
Qualifications and Skills/Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- At least one year experience in a similar role obtained in a medium to large size organization, preferably with experience in chemistry and/or Software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong clients relationship management
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Google Docs)
- Attention to detail
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
