Contract Administrator

Job Title : Contract Administrator
Salary - $73,150 - $75,000

A full time Contract Administrator is required to manage all duties associated with
incoming and outgoing contracts and agreements associated with the administration.

key responsibilities and duties:

  1. Prepare, interpret, review, negotiate and maintain new contracts and variations on
    behalf of the company.
  2. Respond to enquiries, resolving any issues concerning contracts and related
    services provided
  3. Prepare, manage, store and index correspondence associated with contracts
    and/or agreements, ensuring long-term retrievability.
  4. Work with Project Managers, IT and other Professional stakeholders,
    management and others to ensure that goals are met and company interests are
    pursued.
  5. Prepare reports or written advice as required, for senior management on matters
    requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
  6. Oversee and review work by contractors ensuring quality standards are met.
  7. Where contracts are in foreign language or bi-lingual, ensure accuracy of English
    translations.
  8. Ensure provision of enforceable protection for company intellectual property and
    private information.
  9. Develop and conduct staff training in confidentiality and privacy considerations.
  10. Property Management
  11. Other duties as directed from time to time

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  1. Legal or relevant qualifications are essential.
  2. At least three years’ experience in a similar role is required
  3. Demonstrated understanding of legal terms and language.
  4. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  5. Proficiency in languages other than English will be favourably regarded.
