Salary : $74,800 - $76,515 per annuam

Chemwatch has become a global leader in providing chemicals management solutions, providing management software and training for the management of chemicals. The position Marketing Specialist will be working in Ucorp Pty Ltd trading as Chemwatch and/or our subsidiary company, creating and managing content that is used to market Chemwatch's products or services, ensuring that the company's content strategy aligns with the brand's goals and target audience, developing blog posts, email campaigns, videos, webinars, and more to present information in an engaging and compelling manner to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to a website, etc.
The duties and responsibilities are as below:
- Assist with managing the marketing and implementation of interactive advertising and analyse their effectiveness.
- Responsible for processing and/or scheduling web-based advertising.
- Assist to develop models for vertical markets and campaigns.
- Work closely with the design team to build creatives such as eDM and banners.
- Assist with planning and market research activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share.
- Assist with developing and implementing strategic marketing policies and objectives.
- Regular posting on LinkedIn to create brand awareness and promotions for vendors.
- Create social media content and graphics for target audience engagement.
- Assist with developing marketing strategies for new and existing products and services.
- Analysing engagement and insights through data & reports.
- Research trends and technologies to meet customer needs.
- Work with the marketing executive team to ensure that internal and external stakeholders
- receive the collateral and advertising materials.
- Organise and manage end-to-end events for vendors & resellers.
- Run ad campaigns and paid promotions for upcoming promotions on the products and services.
- Staying up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and tools to remain competitive and maximize results.
- Creating a marketing plan on quarterly basis and managing budget allocation.
- Working with the Accounts Payable team for processing invoice payment as well as
- generating invoice with Accounts Receivable team for Vendor claiming.
- Handling the Marketing inbox to send event reminders or/and tending to market related inquiries.
Qualification/Skill/ Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- At least two year experience in a similar role obtained in a medium to large size organization, preferably with experience in chemistry and/or Software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong clients relationship management
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Google Docs)
- Attention to detail
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
