POSITION – Business Analyst

Salary: $76,515 Per annum

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, business users, regulatory experts, and IT teams to gather
    and document detailed business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and
    find opportunities for system improvement.
  • Partner closely with development teams to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of system
    changes and technical enhancements.
  • Manage communication across various departments to ensure successful project execution and the
    delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and implement robust data governance and quality assurance processes to maintain the
    highest standards of data management.
  • Identify and resolve system issues or defects in a timely manner to ensure continuous reliability and a
    seamless user experience.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using our
    systems and digital tools.

Skills/experience

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role obtained in a medium to large size organization,
    preferably with experience in chemistry and/or Software industry.
  • Expertise in data-driven tools including SQL, JIRA, Power BI, and Python.
  • High proficiency in Advanced Excel and a strong understanding of Data Mapping for complex systems.
  • Strong capability in Business process analysis and workflow optimization to drive efficiency.
  • Proven experience in Requirements gathering, documentation, and Gap Analysis to identify system
    needs.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical IT teams to regulatory
    experts.
  • Experienced in Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Proactive in Issue identification, troubleshooting, and problem-solving within a project lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear end-user training.
  • A unique ability to translate technical requirements into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualification Requirements
Master’s degree in data science or business Analytics
