Position: Business Analyst / Product Owner

Location: Glen Huntly VIC 3163

Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and document business requirements for new products and features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and create a product roadmap
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, development teams, and other internal teams
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of features and products
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that products meet the needs of users and stakeholders
  • Track and report on key product metrics, such as user adoption and revenue
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for new products and features
  • May assist Help Desk and Training Team when requested

Qualifications required:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Skills/ Experience required:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies
