Duties and responsibilities:

Main duties and Responsibilities

Application support for AuthorITe Credo software:
●       Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using AuthorITe Credo software ensuring the software meets client needs and regulatory standards.
Conduct weekly DE-AITE kanban meetings:
●       Coordinate with the development team and other internal stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and that issues are resolved efficiently.
●       Writing specifications for software improvements and documenting any changes made for an easier future tracking and troubleshooting if any issues.
●       Collaborate with development teams to ensure improvements are implemented effectively.
Troubleshoot, debug and test reported AuthorITe related problems/issues using JIRA:
●       Manage and track software issues within JIRA, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of technical problems.
●       Conduct thorough testing to verify that fixes are successful and ensure no new issues arise during software updates.
AuthorITe Credo software demonstration for prospect clients and training for existing clients:
●       Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase the full capabilities of AuthorITe Credo software, addressing the unique needs of prospective clients.
●       Keep clients informed about new features, updates, and industry-specific regulatory changes relevant to SDS authoring every Sprint cycle.
(M)SDS authoring for prospect clients:
●       Assist prospective clients with the creation of compliant Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheets (SDS) using AuthorITe Credo.
Assist with AuthorITe Credo software related issues and enquiries from clients or from Helpdesk
●       AuthorITe Credo software-related queries may be received via email or through our CRM, Bitrix. Promptly addressing these inquiries ensures a swift resolution.
Update and maintain Galleria special parsing databases:
●       Regularly update and ensure the integrity of Galleria special parsing databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
●       Monitor and resolve issues within the databases to support efficient document generation and seamless software operation.

Qualifications required

●       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems

●       Professional certification in business analysis (e.g., from International Institute of Business Analysis such as ECBA or CBAP

●       Familiarity with testing and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

●       Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

●       Practical experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira or Confluence

●       Exposure to real systems, data, or business processes           

●      Experience managing testing processes (UAT/QA, test case creation, bug tracking)
