Our Chemwatch application has a new user interface. It’s easier than ever to use, with all functions available in our slick one-page application. This includes fully automated risk assessments, making it quicker and more convenient for our clients.
Behind the scenes, Folders in your Chemwatch system automatically store SDS and associated data to generate Risk Assessments, labels, and more. Data points include inventory activity and usage, storage, manufacture, and geo-location.
This new interface is designed to maximise accessibility for less advanced users, however our older interface is still available for experienced chemicals managers.
Our all-in-one chemical and article auditing solution, Smart Audit as a Service, provides a more streamlined approach to inventory management, letting you build complete asset inventory lists, chemical manifests, or bills of materials. This is achieved using our SmarterSuite mobile application to scan any vendor barcode, found on the product label. No need for proprietary barcodes!
We use refined AI-assisted automation tools and a repository of over one billion vendor barcodes to return all key audit data. Products with unknown barcodes can also be registered to our database in minutes, with support for GS1, UPC, and EAN formats.
Our complete product compliance solution will ensure that your products can seamlessly go to the market, supporting supply chain imperatives and avoiding any costly product recalls. Our solution checks against GHS classifications and flags any chemicals with a high level of regulatory burden, ensuring that you meet compliance standards in all aspects.
Our powerful AI engine extracts data from supplier-submitted documents, which is then checked against GHS classifications suggested by Chemwatch’s proprietary rules engine. Both chemicals and articles can be registered in Checkmate ‘N3, and data can be extracted from either a chemical SDS or article TDS.
Data Extraction
Our internal data extraction service is constantly improving using AI and GPT techniques. This results in much faster and more accurate throughput of data extraction from our SDS, documents, and databases. We plan to improve this significantly over the next 6 months to further increase output volume and quality.
Regulatory Reporting
Our Chemicals Management System offers innate support for EU Poison Centre Notifications using ECHA’s S2S API connection, letting you submit directly in your Chemwatch dashboard. We also support Substances of Concern in Products (SCIP) notifications and Substance Volume Tracking (SVT) solutions.
Ingredient Disclosure Portal
Our new full ingredient disclosure portal allows your suppliers to submit detailed product composition information. Information exchange is 100% encrypted, and submitted data can be used to speedily generate SDS and conduct product classification reviews using our CREDO engine
Sustainability Tools
Our new digital product sustainability passport allows clients to track their progress towards sustainability goals, track waste, and meet the requirements of the EU Green Deal.
ESG Supplier Assessment
We now offer a tool for assessing your suppliers’ sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
Accreditation and Compliance
Chemwatch has established and actively supports several frameworks and standards, to ensure the integrity, privacy, and availability of data and systems. These frameworks are a core part of our day-to-day operation, and include ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001 certification, compliance to GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act, with SOC 2 Type 2 accreditation in the making (target date of Q3 2023).
Access World Class Data with Chemwatch’s Data Canteen
We boast the largest repositories of chemical-related data in the world, including
Chemicals regulation—more than 8,600 lists, and over 14,500 chemical groups characterised
GHS classification
Animal and ecotoxicity endpoint data
SDS—140M and counting
All of our data is easily exchanged with third-party systems via our robust API. Extraction of key SDS data is fully automated with our proprietary AI to maximise accuracy and efficiency.
eQR
This new tool allows firefighters and emergency responders to one-click access to SDS and manifests in a chemical emergency. By simply scanning a QR code, a complete list of all chemicals stored on site can be obtained. This list will always include the most current SDS, with no need to maintain hard copy SDS in a folder or locker. You can also geo-tag your site/facility to show stored chemicals to emergency responders on live maps view.
Faster API
We have built new connectors to facilitate fast exchange of data and documents using our enhanced API and SAP integrations. These have been adapted by several of the world's largest ERP and DaaS (Data as a Service) support providers.
