Acrorenoocular syndrome

Variable acral, renal, and ocular anomalies, consisting of hypoplasia of the thumb with limitation of motion and polydactyly; urinary tract defects, mainly kidney malrotation, bladder diverticula, and ureterovesicular reflux; and coloboma of the optic nerve, Duane anomaly (eye movement disorder wherein the eyes show complete or partial loss of abduction and adduction), and ptosis. Mental retardation is infrequent.
