A structure used primarily for air passenger enplaning or deplaning, including ticket sales, flight information, baggage handling, and other necessary functions in connection with air transport operation. This term includes any extensions and satellite buildings used for passenger handling or aircraft service functions. Aircraft loading walkways and “mobile lounges†are excluded.
