Caerulospinal tract

[TA] a collection of axons that originate from the nucleus caeruleus and subcaeruleus area and project bilaterally to the gray matter of the spinal cord to all spinal levels; they are a major source of noradrenergic input to the spinal cord. SYN: tractus caeruleospinalis [TA].
