Cataract, congenital, 'blue dot' type, 2 (medical condition)

A type of cataract that occurs at birth or soon after and has a characteristic blue color with spoke-like opacities radiating from the centre of the lens. Type 2 is caused by a defect on chromosome 22q11.2-q12.2. See also Cataract, congenital, cerulean, type 2
