Carcinogenic, Mutagenic or toxic to Reproduction: Substances or preparations which, if they are inhaled or ingested or if they penetrate the skin, may induce or increase the incidence of cancer, heritable genetic defects, or non-heritable adverse effects in reproductive functions or capacity. REACH defines precise criteria to identify such substances, which will ultimately be subject to the Authorization procedure.
