Deafness, femoral epiphyseal dysplasia, short stature and developmental delay (medical condition)

A very rare syndrome characterized by short stature (due to abnormal development of ends of thigh bones), deafness, blocked tear ducts and thing bone abnormalities. See also Chitty Hall Baraitser syndrome
