[TA] a projection from the lateral side of the calcaneus between the tendons of the peroneus longus and brevis. SYN: trochlea fibularis calcanei [TA], peroneal trochlea of calcaneus*, trochlea peronealis*, peroneal pulley, processus trochlearis, spina peronealis, trochlear process.
