Gianotti-Crosti syndrome

a cutaneous manifestation of hepatitis B infection occurring in young children; an exanthem comprising nonpruritic dusky papules on the legs, buttocks, and extensors of the arms; Gianotti-Crosti syndrome lasts 2-8 weeks and is associated with adenopathy, anicteric hepatomegaly, and malaise. SYN: papular acrodermatitis of childhood.
