Giant pelvic retroperitoneal liposarcoma (medical condition)

A rare, slow growing tumor that develops in the retroperitoneal cavity of the abdomen and tends to displace organs rather than destroy them. The tumor generally contains fat and soft tissue. See also Retroperitoneal liposarcoma
