A syndrome of severe microcephaly, microphthalmia, prominent nose, mandibular overgrowth, dental anomalies, brachydactyly with clinodactyly V, delayed growth and puberty, abnormal dermatoglyphics, premature aging of the skin, and severe mental retardation. There are indications in later findings that Myhre and GOMBO syndromes are the same entity (Myhre-GOMBO syndrome.)
