Macro Policy is policy which affects the whole country [or region]. It is concerned with monetary, fiscal, trade and exchange rate conditions as well as with economic growth, inflation and national employment levels. It is distinct from micro policy which only affects particular sectors, districts, neighbourhoods or groups.
