Nefazodone

A synthetic derivative of phenylpiperazine and chemically unrelated to selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, tricyclics, tetracyclics, or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI), antidepressant Nefazadone Hydrochloride antagonizes central 5-HT2 receptors and inhibits reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine.
