[TA] (usually) two vertical fissures in the anterior portion of the cartilage of the external auditory meatus, filled by fibrous tissue. SYN: incisura cartilaginis meatus acustici [TA], Duverney fissures, incisura santorini, Santorini fissures, Santorini incisures.
