Paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis (medical condition)

Limbic encephalitis is an inflammation of the limbic system which is the part of the brain responsible for basic autonomic functions. In the paraneoplastic type, the inflammation is caused by cancers such as small cell lung cancer. See also Paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis
