[TA] Remnants of the tubules and glomeruli of the lower part of the mesonephros appearing as a few scattered tubules in the broad ligament between the epoophoron and the uterus. Its equivalent in the male is the paradidymis. SYN: parovarium. [para- + oophoron, ovary]
