A very rare group of syndrome characterized mainly by short ribs and extra fingers. Often there are other associated abnormalities. The group of syndromes vary in severity and include Ellis Van Creveld's disease and Jeune's thoracic dystrophy as well as other disorders. See also Short rib - polydactyly syndrome
