Total colonic Hirschsprung's disease (medical condition)
A rare abnormality that can occur in newborn infants and involves a complete lack of nerve tissue in the entire colon. The colon is unable to move digesting material through it and leads to a blockage of the digestive system. See also Jirásek-Zuelzer-Wilson syndrome
