Uvula-tongue malposture (medical condition)

A rare syndrome characterized by various oral anomalies such as malocclusion, recessed jaw, narrowed breathing airways and irritation of the back of the tongue and uvula. The recessed jaw causes the tongue and uvula to be too close together which leads to irritation. See also Cooperman-Miura syndrome
