Anterior choroidal artery syndrome (medical condition)

Blockage of the anterior choroidal artery can cause symptoms on the opposite side of the body to the blockage. Symptoms include weakness and loss of tactile sensation on one side of the body as well as blindness in half of one eye. See also Monakow syndrome
