Autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome, type IIB (medical condition)

A rare type of immunodeficiency disorder caused by a deficiency of caspase-8. Caspase-8 an important part of the immune system as it is involved in the activation of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and natural killer cells. See also Caspase-8 deficiency
