The Control of Substances Hazardous To Health (COSHH) regulations were issued in 2002 and are administered the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) of the United Kingdom. The regulations require employers to control exposure to hazardous substances in the workplace to prevent ill health. Note: Do not confuse this with CCOHS, which is the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety.
