Distal Duplication 10q (medical condition)

A rare chromosomal disorder where the distal portion of the long arm of chromosome 10 is duplicated so there is three copies of it instead of the normal two. The condition is characterized by drooping upper eyelid, short palpebral fissures and camptodactyly. See also Chromosome 10, distal trisomy 10q
