Enoyl-ACP reductase

An enzyme that catalyzes hydrogenation of acyl-ACP (where ACP is acyl-carrier protein) complexes to 2,3-dehydroacyl-ACPs, with NAD+ as hydrogen acceptor; important in fatty acid metabolism. SYN: crotonyl-ACP reductase.
