Hepatorenal glycogenosis (medical condition)

An inherited metabolic disorder where a deficiency of the enzyme glucose-6-phosphatase prevents glycogen being turned into glucose leading to a buildup of glycogen in the liver and kidneys. See also Von Gierke Disease
