Hypercementosis (medical condition)

A tooth disorder where excess cementum (bony covering of tooth root) is deposited on the roots of teeth. One or more teeth may be affected. Causes of excess cementum deposit include localized inflammation and certain metabolic disorders. See also Hypercementosis
