A detailed statement of pay to which every employee is entitled showing the gross pay, any deductions, the net amount payable and where this is paid by alternate means (e.g. part cash/cheque, part by bank transfer), the different amounts so paid. Employees have a right to apply to a tribunal if pay statements are not provided or are not correct.
