Korean Existing Chemicals List. "ECL is the Korean Existing Chemicals List established under the Toxic Chemicals Control Law (TCCL). The Existing Chemicals List, published by the Minister of Environment, is current through 1994 and contains approximately 30,000 substances. Newly manufactured or imported chemicals are subject to a toxicity examination by the Ministry of Environment."
