Laing distal myopathy (medical condition)

An inherited muscle disease characterized by early-onset weakness and wasting in the distal muscles. The disease progresses slowly and starts in the ends of the limbs but usually also involves the neck and eventually abdominal muscles. See also Laing distal myopathy
