Maximale Arbeitsplatzkonzentrationen (MAK)

The German Commission for the Investigation of Health Hazards of Chemical Compounds in the Work Area. It is responsible for setting MAK values (Maximale Arbeitsplatzkonzentration : maximum workplace concentration - equivalent to an OES ) for chemicals.
