Schwannoma, malignant (medical condition)

A malignant tumor that develops from nerve sheath cells. Any nerve can be affected but it is most common on the sciatic, brachial and sacral plexus (leg, upper arm and lower back nerves). Symptoms are determined by the exact location of the tumor. See also Schwannoma, malignant
