Tyrosinemia, type II (medical condition)

A rare condition where a deficiency of a liver enzyme (tyrosinase aminotransferase) causes tyrosine levels in the blood to increase and result in eye problems, mental retardation and horny skin lesions. See also Oculocutaneous tyrosinemia
