Wagner-Stickler syndrome (medical condition)

There is confusion about whether Wagner and Stickler disease are actually extremes of the same disorder and thus the term Wagner-Stickler syndrome is sometimes used. Both conditions involve varying degrees of degeneration of eye structures with Stickler syndrome also involving other variable symptoms such as deafness and facial, oral and skeletal abnormalities.
