A rare inherited immunodeficiency syndrome characterized by severe neutropenia at birth or soon after and recurring bacterial infections. The disorder is inherited in a X-linked manner and those only males suffer the full extent of the symptoms with female carriers being asymptomatic or only suffering mild symptoms.
