Bile duct cancer, extrahepatic (medical condition)

A rare cancer that develops in the part of the common bile duct that is outside the liver. The common bile duct channels bile from the gall bladder (which stores bile) and the liver (which makes bile) to the small intestine to assist digestion. See also Bile duct cancer, extrahepatic
