Painful feet syndrome (medical condition)

Abnormal burning and stinging sensations in the feet which may be accompanied by redness and swelling. It may be caused by factors such as kidney failure, liver damage, thyroid problems, blood disorders, nerve damage, fungal infections, chronic alcoholism and ill-fitting shoes.
