Risk Reduction Strategy Meeting. An expert group composed of representatives of the EU Member States, and EFTA Countries, given the task of discussing and agreeing upon each risk reduction strategy presented by the “Rapporteurâ€. Several observers (Industry, NGOs, and international organisations) are also invited to participate in the discussions.
