A rare syndrome characterized by the VACTERL abnormalities (vertebral anomalies, anal atresia, congenital cardiac disease, tracheoesophageal fistula, renal anomalies, radial dysplasia, limb defects) as well as a buildup of fluid inside the skull (hydrocephalus). See also VACTERL hydrocephaly
