[TA] nerve arising from the posterior aspect of S2-S3 anterior rami; pierces the sacrotuberous ligament, then emerges from the inferior border of gluteus maximus to supply overlying the inferomedial portion of the muscle. SYN: nervus cutaneus perforans [TA].
